Jade has been a labor of love at Magnolia Coffee. We designed Jade to be a versatile espresso that is great on its own and delicately shines through in milk. This is an exceptional espresso. Also makes a really nice cup of drip coffee and we use it for our award-winning cold brew. Rated 94 points by Coffee Review (Jan 2018).

Recommended brew ratio:

We recommend a 1:16 ratio coffee to water for drip and 1:2 ratio for espresso.
For cafe quality, dose 18 grams to extract 36 grams espresso in 30 seconds for the sweet spot.
